Process Serving is one of our major services. This is available within the UK both for law firms, private and commercial clients. We produce proof of service in compliance with the current legislation.

We work towards carrying out services within agreeable time periods, and where required, at short notice. Once service has been effected we ensure that a report and Statement of Service (or where requested, a sworn Affidavit of Personal Service) accompanies our invoice to the client.

On rare occasion of an unsuccessful service, we will provide a full written report to prove our efforts.
